This characterful property, originally built in 1901, received a complete restoration in 2025 in collaboration with interior design studio DemiMaison

Basement

In the basement you will find a cozy sitting area, ideal for long, relaxing evenings in front of the smart TV. Next to this cozy spot is a sophisticated low dining area. Ground floor

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso...), with extra storage space and a second refrigerator with freezer.

First Floor

On the second floor you will find two elegant master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with rain shower and sink. Both rooms have a spacious closet, and there is a separate toilet down the hall.

Second Floor

The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, the second bedroom has an extra toilet with sink for even more privacy and comfort.
