This holiday home for 12 people has 5 full bedrooms, 1 of which has a mezzanine, and king-size (180 cm) beds in each room. There are 4 bathrooms with rain showers, perfect for ensuring everyone's comfort. This property, full of character, was originally built in 1901 and was fully restored in 2025 in collaboration with interior design studio DemiMaison.
Five bedrooms, one Refined standard.
Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm) blackout curtains. All beds will be made up for you with high-quality linen. Bath linen is also provided, along with shampoo and shower gel. The finish is consistent, no room is lacking in comfort.
Five floors, each with her own function.
From the lounge area on the basement level to the mezzanine on the top floor; each level has its own character and function.
Basement
In the basement, you'll find a cozy seating area, ideal for long, relaxing evenings in front of the smart TV. Next to this cozy spot is a refined low dining area. There is also a separate toilet and a separate room with a washer and dryer, discreetly tucked away but within easy reach. There is also a pleasant little terrace.
Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso...), with extra storage space and a second refrigerator with freezer.
First floor
On the first floor you will find two elegant master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both rooms have a spacious walk-in closet, and there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Second floor
The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the second bedroom has an extra toilet with a sink for even more privacy and comfort.
Third floor
On the top floor, you'll find a bedroom with a mezzanine and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
